On June 26, Wison New Energies organized a training session on "Human Rights Compliance and Risk Management for Enterprise Overseas Expansion under ESG Perspective". The session systematically covered core concepts of human rights management, global regulatory trends, typical business scenarios, and corporate response strategies.

Starting with a practical QHSE case study, the training focused on occupational health and employee well-being, emphasizing its role as the cornerstone of employee rights and corporate compliance.

Combining international regulatory frameworks with market practices, the training provided an in-depth interpretation of key requirements, including the UNGPs, ILO Core Conventions, and the EU's CSDDD. Through several typical global case studies, the session analyzed potential human rights risks in areas such as supply chain labor rights, OHS, employee care, and local labor compliance overseas, as well as their impacts on business operations.

Interactive discussions and a knowledge quiz were introduced to boost engagement. Through case studies, employees shared insights based on their roles and recognized that human rights management is not the duty of a single department. Instead, it is a cross-functional effort that requires collaboration across HR, QHSE, Procurement, Legal, Risk Control, and Project Management.
